PARTY MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. or 9 lg. potatoes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Peel potatoes, cut in pieces and boil in salted water until tender, drain. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Spread into buttered 13"x9" baking dish. Cover and refrigerate. To bake, dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 to 60 minutes, or until potatoes are heated through. Garnish with paprika and chopped parsley.
