PARTY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
2 c. corn flakes
3 tbsp. grated onion (opt.)

Put partly thawed potatoes in baking dish, 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix other ingredients except butter. Pour over potatoes. Melt 1 stick butter, mix with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
