CHEESY TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. flour
3 c. chopped turkey, cooked
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Toss 3/4 cup cheese with flour; mix in turkey, celery, mayonnaise, juice and seasonings. Roll pastry into 15-inch square on lightly floured surface. Place into 12 x 8 inch baking dish, trim 1 inch beyond edge - flute. Fill with turkey mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
