CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped yellow onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
4 c. cooked and diced chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)
Paprika
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Lemon juice

Lightly mix mayonnaise and flour in saucepan. Gradually blend in broth, milk, onion, salt, pepper and curry. Cook over medium-low heat until thickened. Stir in chicken.

Arrange broccoli in bottom of 8x8 Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with chicken mixture.

Sprinkle cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4.

Can be made ahead of time and stored covered in refrigerator.
