CURRIED PORK CHOPS 
6 loin pork chops
1 can mushrooms (8 oz.), sliced, drained
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 c. milk

Trim excess fat from chops. Brown lightly on both sides in heavy fry pan. Place in baking pan. Cover with mushrooms.

Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and curry powder. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour over chops; cover pan. Bake in preheated 350 F. oven 1 hour or until chops are tender. Serves 6. We add apricots with mushrooms.
