CURRY PORK CHOPS 
5 pork chops
1 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can beef consomme (soup)
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. water
2 apples, pared, cored and cut up

Brown chops. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Saute onions in oil. Add flour, sugar, curry powder and cinnamon. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in soup, ketchup, and water. Pour sauce over chops. Top with apples.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
