CORN PUDDING 
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (dry)
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
2 eggs
Dash salt & pepper
1 stick butter

Combine sour cream, muffin mix, corn, eggs, salt and pepper; pour into greased baking dish. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (If glass is used, reduce heat to 325 degrees.)
