CORN PUDDING 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
Chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Chopped red pepper

Mix corns, sour cream, butter and cheese. Add eggs. Fold in corn muffin mix (don't beat). Pour into a greased 9"x13" dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
