STRAWBERRY SPREAD | |
1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. white grape juice 3 c. chopped fresh strawberries or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed & drained 2 tbsp. frozen cranberry juice drink concentrate, thawed 2 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice In a small cup, soften gelatin in grape juice. In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Stirring occasionally, bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat and boil uncovered for 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add gelatin mixture; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Seal in jars and store on shelf. Yield: about 1 pint. |
