SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 can spinach
Salt
Pepper
1 c. med. white sauce
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Make white sauce. Add diced Velveeta cheese and let melt. Put 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs in bottom of 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Drain spinach, put in dish, salt and pepper it. Pour cheese sauce over spinach. Cover with remaining bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, 30-45 minutes.
