WONTON 
1 pkg. wonton skins (dough) 80 pieces
1 lb. unsalted ground pork
3 crushed garlic cloves
Deep fat

Crush garlic; mix well into pork. Lay out dough. Wet finger and dampen 2 sides of dough at right angles, put bit of pork in each "skin" fold over diaper-like and seal. Drop into hot fat, turning once. Makes a 80, delicious! Costs about $2.00.
