WONTONS 
4 1/2 oz. can shrimp
1 beaten egg yolk
1/2 c. finely chopped bok choy
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
20 wonton skins

Drain, devein and chop shrimp. Combine shrimp, egg yolk, bok choy, onion, soy, sugar, ginger, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
