NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
6 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar

Sift flour and salt together. Add Crisco and mix with a fork until crumbly. Then add egg and vinegar which have been added to water. Form dough into 4 equal balls and chill thoroughly. Each ball makes one crust. Each ball freezes well or you may roll out and freeze.
