BROCCOLI SUPREME | |
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears 1 pkg. Normandy vegetables (frozen mix) 1 lg can evaporated milk 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 3 1/2 oz. can French fried onion rings 1 c. grated American cheese Parboil broccoli long enough to separate. Drain and put in greased 9 x 12 casserole. Spread vegetables over it and sprinkle with cheese. Over this, pour mixture of soup and milk. Top with onion rings. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. May substitute 1 can water chestnuts and 1 can mushrooms for vegetables and use cream of celery soup. May be topped with crumbs and Parmesan cheese. |
