5 FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs, well beaten
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut extract (optional)
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs which have been beaten. Combine flour, baking powder, and add to mixture, alternate with milk. Stir in 5 flavors. Spoon into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. each of the 5 flavors plus
1 tsp. almond extract

Boil water and sugar until sugar dissolved. Add flavorings pour over cake while cake is still warm.
