5 FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

In a large bowl, mix butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy. In a small bowl, beat eggs until lemon-colored. Add to butter mixture and beat well. Sift flour and soda. Mix flour mixture and milk alternately into butter and egg mixture. Beat in all extracts. Spoon into greased tube pan. Beat at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.

After baking, add glaze topping.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. rum extract
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1/2 tsp. butter extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix all together and stir until mixture comes to a boil, then pour over hot cake.
