FIVE FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
5 eggs
1 c. milk
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. each of vanilla, lemon, rum, coconut and butter flavoring

GLAZE:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. each of the flavorings

Cream sugar, shortening, butter and eggs, beat well. Sift together dry ingredients. Alternately add flour mixture and milk to creamed mixture, mix well. Add 1 tsp. of each flavoring. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour 25 minutes until done.

Make glaze by dissolving sugar in water, add flavoring and drizzle over cake after cooling for 30 minutes.
