WHIPPING CREAM POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
6 eggs
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Cream butter and Crisco and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Beat one minute after each. Add flour and cream (alternating both.) Add flavorings and pour into greased and floured tube pans, (Bundt). Put into cold oven at 275 degrees for 1 hour. After 1 hour turn oven up to 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes longer. Remove, let set in pan 6 minutes. Turn out to cool. (Let sit for 2 to 3 days before cutting, adds to moisture.)
