CHICKEN/TURKEY PATTIES PAPRIKA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground uncooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. milk, divided
2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg
Butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. paprika
Salt, pepper, paprika
2 tsp. chicken bouillon mix
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream

1. Combine chicken/turkey, 1/2 cup of the milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt and egg in large bowl. Mix well. With floured hands, shape into 6 patties.

2. Melt a small amount of butter in large frying pan. Saute patties on both sides until golden, adding more butter to pan as needed. Remove patties; set aside.

3. Melt a little more butter in same pan; saute onions until golden. Blend in paprika and bouillon mix; stir in water.

4. Return patties to pan. Bring mixture to boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until patties and onions are cooked. Remove patties from pan; keep warm.

5. Smoothly combine flour and remaining milk; stir into pan.

6. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. To serve, pour sauce over patties and sprinkle with paprika. Preparation time: 1 5 minutes. Cooking time: 20 minutes.
