BLEU CHEESE BALL 
1 glass sharp cheese (Cheese Whiz)
1/4 lb. Bleu cheese
3 pkgs. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 c. pecans
1 c. parsley or 1/2 c.
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Sm. amount of garlic

Mix cheese at room temperature; and if necessary, add cream. Add 1/2 of nuts and seasoning. Spread other 1/2 cup of nuts and parsley on a large sheet of wax paper. Shape cheese in a ball in the center of the paper and roll in the wax paper until covered with nuts and parsley! Place in refrigerator and let stand overnight. Makes 3 balls.
