SLOPPY JOES 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper or celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar

In large skillet, brown ground beef, green pepper and onion; drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
