SLOPPY JOES 
Fry hamburger meat until brown, pouring off fat. For each pond, add the following to the browned meat.

2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt mixed with herb salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. water

Simmer at 300 degrees for more than 2 hours for a better blend. Serve on warm sandwich buns. 5 servings per pound.
