1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. oil
1 lg. pkg. instant mashed potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 sm. tomato sauce
Garlic salt
Black pepper

Cook onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Add beef and cook until meat is browned. Season to taste. Combine pork and beans with tomato sauce and meat stir well. Pour into casserole dish. Mix instant potatoes and place on top of bean mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until juices bubble into potatoes. Serves 6.
