SHEPHERD'S PIE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 can mixed vegetables About 4 c. prepared instant potatoes Brown and drain ground beef. Mix beef, soup and vegetables in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put in a medium casserole dish. Spread potatoes on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until hot. |
