HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger (beef, turkey or chicken)
1 can Mexicorn, drained
1 onion
8 med. potatoes (may use instant or leftover mashed), cooked and mashed

Saute hamburger and onion in a skillet. Using large casserole, drain hamburger juice and put hamburger in the bottom. Put drained corn on top of the meat. Top with the potatoes and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes (can also be put in microwave for 15 minutes). Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
