HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger (beef, turkey or chicken) 1 can Mexicorn, drained 1 onion 8 med. potatoes (may use instant or leftover mashed), cooked and mashed Saute hamburger and onion in a skillet. Using large casserole, drain hamburger juice and put hamburger in the bottom. Put drained corn on top of the meat. Top with the potatoes and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes (can also be put in microwave for 15 minutes). Serves 6. |
