TACO SALAD 
1 head of lettuce, shredded or torn
1 c. sliced ripe olives
3 chopped green onions, include tops
1 tbsp. canned green chilies, chopped
2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped avocado
1 tbsp. sour cream or yogurt, optional
1 chopped avocado
2 c. shredded cheese
3/4 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. Mexican taco season mix
2 c. Fritos
15 oz. can kidney beans

Drain and rinse kidney beans. Toss together lettuce, beans, olives, onions, chilies, tomatoes, avocado and cheese. Brown hamburger in fry pan. Add taco seasoning mix. Just before serving, combine hamburger mixture, Fritos and salad mixture. Top with sour cream or yogurt. Makes 6 big servings.
