FRENCH FRIED MUSHROOMS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
20 med. size fresh mushrooms
1 c. corn flake crumbs
Vegetable oil
Seasoned salt

Combine egg and milk, beating well. Stir together flour and salt. Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture, and dip in egg mixture; roll in corn flake crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil, 375 degrees, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately. Yield: 20 appetizer servings.
