FRENCH MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 lb. mushrooms
1/2 can small tomato paste
1 lg. clove garlic
1 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice mushrooms. Chop garlic into small pieces, chop parsley.

To make dressing, combine 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 can tomato paste. Add as much oil as you like. Salt and pepper to taste. Then add parsley and garlic. Mix all together. Then put mushrooms on top, add dressing a small amount at a time. Mix after each.
