COMPANY MEATBALLS | |
1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground lean pork 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 c. fine day old bread crumbs 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. white pepper 2 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. fat or salad oil Combine all ingredients except fat or salad oil. Thoroughly mix. Shape into 26 balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Heat fat in skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook to brown, about 20 minutes. Remove from pan. Make 26 meatballs. |
