STUFF TOFU 
1 1/2 c. ground pork
8-10 fresh shrimp
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 firm tofu
1 1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 green onion

Clean shrimp and chop. Mix shrimp and 1 cup ground pork. Add salt, sugar, 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, soy sauce, green onion and mix well.

Slice tofu in 4, cut crisscross each tofu (triangle). On one side edge, cut like a pocket and stuff with pork mixture.

Heat fry pan with oil and brown 1/2 cup ground pork. Put tofu on top of cooked pork and add 1 cup of water and oyster sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes in medium heat.

Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 4 cups of water and add to tofu until thicken.
