BANANA OATMEAL MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed (1 c.)
3/4 c. honey
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, bananas, honey and milk. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, beat until blended. Stir in oats, raisins and nuts. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins filling each 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Yield: 18 muffins.
