MEATBALLS 
2 c. California Dip (1 env. Lipton onion soup mix and 1 pt. sour cream)
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. water

In medium bowl, combine 1 cup California Dip with meat, bread crumbs, egg, nutmeg and allspice. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in flour. In large skillet, melt butter and brown meatballs. Stir in remaining California Dip and water. Heat through.
