CHICKEN BREASTS WITH CHIPPED
BEEF
 
12 1/2 boned chicken breasts
1 jar chipped beef, chopped
6 sliced bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
White or wild rice

Grease 9 x 12 inch pan and line with chipped beef. Place chicken over beef. Place 1/2 slice uncooked bacon over each breast. Combine soup and sour cream. Pour over breasts. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours uncovered. Serve with rice.
