MASHED POTATOES 
6 unpeeled, mashed potatoes, Idaho
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. whole milk
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook potatoes in cold water, approximately 35 minutes. Drain and mash potatoes with a hand mixer. Mix together all the above ingredients and pour this cream mixture over potatoes. Mash and eat.
