1 lemon cake mix
1 c. white sugar
1/2 lb. almond paste

Mix cake as usual. Pour half of butter into greased 13"x9" pan. Blend sugar and grated almond paste. Put 1/2 of almond mixture on batter. Pour the rest on top of second layer of batter.
