POP-POP'S LEMON ALMOND CAKE 
1 box of Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow cake mix
1 box (small) lemon Jello
2 tsp. almond extract
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Lift out carefully and cool. Sprinkle with 10x sugar.
