RECIPE COLLECTION
“CHICKEN ON RICE” IS IN:

CHICKEN ON RICE 
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups hot water
1/2 cup celery
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
1 whole fryer chicken, cut up

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine first 5 ingredients and spread in 9x13-inch pan. Lay pieces of chicken on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover.

Bake at 350°F for 2 1/2 hours. Uncover during last 1/2 hour of baking.
