CRABMEAT DIP 
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 sliced green onions
3 large cloves garlic, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 dashes Tabasco or hot sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery seed or 1 chopped celery stalk (optional)
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. refrigerated horseradish (optional)
1 cup crab meat (canned, frozen, etc.)*

Note: Imitation crab meat may be substituted.

In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients except crab meat and blend coarsely. Add crab meat and pulse just until mixed.

Can be served as a dip or spread with raw veggies or on wholemeal bread, flatbread, chips or crackers.

Variation: Roll/press mixture in bread crumbs and deep fry for crab croquettes.
