CRABMEAT DIP 
1 can Alaskan King Crabmeat
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Dash of hot pepper
Grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Mix first seven ingredients. Place in greased 1 quart casserole (or other oven-proof dish). Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour (until cheese is bubbly). Serve hot with fresh vegetables.

Note: Substitute low-fat cream cheese and fat-free mayonnaise for a reduced- calorie dip.
