CHINESE CHICKEN PASTA SALAD 
1 c. of cooked spiral macaroni
2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2 c. snow peas, trimmed and blanched
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sliced almonds

SAUCE MIXTURE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ginger

Combine macaroni, chicken, snowpeas, green onions and water chestnuts. Toast almonds in skillet with the 1/4 cup of butter and add to mixture. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, pepper and ginger. Stir through salad and refrigerate before eating.
