PARTY BEEFBURGERS OR BALLS 
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. beef

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk

Mix egg with milk, cereal and seasoning. Add beef and mix well. Shape into balls. Brown in small amount of fat, pour off excess fat. Mix soup with milk, pour over balls. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. A crock pot works very well.
