PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Combine beef, rice, salt and pepper. Form into small balls. Place in baking dish. In a skillet, brown onions in butter. Add cream of mushroom, water, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over meat balls. Cover baking dish and bake in 350°F oven about 1 hour or until rice is tender.
