PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 c. raw rice 1 tbsp. chopped onion salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tbsp. dried dill weed 2 c. tomato juice 4 c. water Mix meat ball ingredients. Form into 1 1/2 to 2-inch meat balls. Put into large pot. Add tomato juice and water. Simmer about 45 minutes. Serve with fresh garden salad. |
