OVEN BAKED STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
6 red potatoes
6 carrots
Onions as you wish
1 1/2 tbsp. granular tapioca
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3 (5.5 oz.) V8 juice
Pepper to taste
Husky pinch of thyme

Cut meat, potatoes, carrots, onions to bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients in roasting pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours (4 hours covered and 1 hour uncovered). Serves 8.
