JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. coconut, shredded
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs; add other ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake on bottom shelf of oven at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
