JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in a bowl with spoon. Pour into a 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Shake occasionally to keep firm.
