2 cans tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, minced
4 jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 blocks jalapeno pepper cheese (by Velveeta, in red box)

Put all in saucepan and melt cheese and cook other ingredients, then beat with mixer until smooth. Or you may bake in casserole at 300 degrees, stir while baking. This will be extremely hot if you use 4 peppers, less may be used for mild dip.
