JALAPENO JELLY 
1/2 c. hot red peppers
2/3 c. green jalapeno peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 sm. bottle Certo

Seed and finely chop peppers. Mix peppers and sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Cook for 5 additional minutes at simmer. Add Certo and stir. Pour into small jars and seal. Makes 3 1/2 to 4 jars.
