JALAPENO PEPPER JELLY 
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. red and green bell peppers (ground or just green), chopped
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
1-2 drops green coloring

Combine sugar, vinegar and both peppers. Bring to a boil, boil 5 minutes. Turn off heat and let it get cold. Then add 1 small bottle of Certo. Put into jars.
