JALAPENO DIP 
1/2 c. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped red pepper
2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed, dried chili peppers
Pinch of cumin
Salt & pepper

In a blender or food processor, blend cream cheese and sour cream until very smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients; add salt and pepper to taste. Chill for about 1 hour. Makes about 1 cup.
